Fuyu Technology's dredging engineering equipment developed for customers - realizing the function of underground dredging pipelinesThe effective driving stroke of each ball screw on the platform is 200mm, which enables the driving system on base 1 to drive base 2 to achieve an effective driving stroke of 200mm. The above driving is carried out under the condition of a load of 200KG, and the driving motion direction is vertical.
Before leaving the factory, the entire machine is tested with additional loads of 50KG, 100KG, and 200KG. The overall operation of the drive system and subsystems are smooth under the condition of additional loads.
The drive system structure has sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the structure does not suffer damage under load conditions and does not undergo deformation greater than 2mm. The testing scope includes the overall drive system platform, stepper motor, and driver. The test results meet the requirements of this contract and comply with the manufacturer's factory standards. The supplier guarantees that the product quality certification documents provided are complete.
After passing the test, a certificate of conformity will be issued, and the goods will be shipped after passing the test,
